Visa Information:

Due to the program length, US and EU citizens are not required to obtain a visa to study abroad with CIMBA.  KSU international students with other citizenship may need to obtain an Italian study visa for any CIMBA programs.

Course Equivalencies & Transcripts:

CIMBA coursework can transfer back to KSU as full credit but will not be calculated into the overall GPA.  KSU cannot transfer credit unless the student completes an academic approval form with their Academic Advisor and the student passes each individual courses. Most CIMBA courses have been pre-approved for course equivalencies.  To determine which courses will transfer, students should consult with their academic advisor or their major department.

Payment & Financial Aid Information:

KSU charges an education abroad fee that is separate from the CIMBA tuition costs, this fee will appear on the student’s KSIS account.  All other payments towards the tuition and program fees will be made to CIMBA directly. Students should be aware there will be additional out of pocket expenses incurred on top of the aforementioned fees. For questions regarding financial aid please contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance at KSU: http://www.k-state.edu/sfa/.
