CIMBA Team-building Skills

“We wanted training for our finance division which would build crucial team-building skills, assess the current way that team members interact with each other, and improve team member communication. CIMBA delivered a one-day team building exercise for Allnex European Finance employees who came from both corporate and non-corporate divisions as well as from different nationalities. The training included both outdoor low ropes course activities and indoor classroom exercises.
