“CIMBA students are smart, curious, and are self-selected because they want to know more about the world and to explore the unfamiliar. This makes them very interesting students to teach. The engineering core class I teach (Thermodynamics I) is typically a large class here in the US and students would be lost in that setting and get little personal attention. At the CIMBA program I was able to connect a lot more with the students and to work with them one-on-one. In addition, The CIMBA staff and colleagues were wonderful to be around and there was a true sense of camaraderie.”
