Explore A Unique, Team Building Low Ropes Program
A key factor in long-term business success is the ability for teams to function effectively together – and with other teams – in order to achieve the strategic goals of a company. Leading organizations, including General Electric, Sony Erickson, Dell Computers, Fujitsu, and the US Army Rangers, recognize that in order to achieve higher team performance you must assist team members in recognizing how they perform currently versus how they should be performing. Once the goal is established, you can help team members develop the leadership behavior skills and attributes necessary to take their team to the next level.
To optimize team performance, CIMBA developed a unique, team building low ropes course. The program, led by professional facilitators, is an outdoor, experiential learning opportunity. This team building activity is most successful with a group of 8-20 participants from an organization or group of organizations that work together. Successful groups can include employees from one company, but also a group of people from different organizations who work together, such as a team that includes a supplier, customer, and a key distributor. The program is one day in length (9:00-17:00), including breaks and lunch. It takes place at our campus in Paderno del Grappa. Lunch, water and snacks are included in the program cost. The program can also be scheduled differently based on your company’s needs.
