Favretti entered the CIMBA Full-time MBA Program in 2006, right out of school. He had little work experience and knew he needed to improve his English. Upon completing his MBA, Favretti worked in project management for Bridgestone Europe, where he oversaw Bridgestone and Firestone products. In 2012, he became a product manager at De’Longhi, working with Comfort Appliances and Air Treatment. De’Longhi operates 13 production facilities and 30 international subsidiaries that support sales in 75 countries worldwide. Favretti says earning his CIMBA MBA changed the course of his career.
