For travel week, my parents, siblings, and grandparents all came to visit me, and we traveled around Italy! We started on the Amalfi Coast, then we went to Rome, then Tuscany, then Florence, and we ended in Milan! All of it was absolutely beautiful! However, the main two places that I have tips for are the Amalfi Coast and Rome!!

Amalfi Coast:

- Here, in Amalfi, they are known for their lemons. That means many things include lemons, such as their lemon-flavored gelato and you can get it inside a lemon! It was very refreshing, and I have to recommend that everyone should try it!

- Another thing about Amalfi is that the road getting up and down the mountain is extremely windy… so if you get easily car sick, I would have some sort of nausea meds with you!

Rome:

- Rome is a huge huge city but I do have to say, using the metro system here was incredibly easy! If you use Apple Maps and put where you want to get to but instead of choosing the walking or driving option, use the train option! It will tell you exactly where to go and which trains to get on/when to get off the train! And I know we are all students and the ticket fee for the metro was very affordable!

- Since Rome is so big, I would recommend spending a little bit more time here than somewhere else if you are trying to see all that Rome has to offer!

- And for the Colosseum and the Vatican, I had a tour guide, and I highly recommend doing a tour. If I did not have a tour guide, I would not have learned the amount that I did, they knew some many good facts about the Vatican and the Colosseum that were not written anywhere!
