There are so many things and sights to see in Athens, Greece!
Bonus: All Uber taxis in Athens were extremely cheap, making it very easy to get around the city. I never paid more than 4 to 5 dollars on an inner-city Uber!
Good places to hang out!
- Brettos: This is located in the more city center of Athens if you will, and it is an amazing atmosphere to stop in while shopping!
- A for Athens: This place had the best view of the Acropolis/the city, at night! This place also has a calmer atmosphere and is a rooftop!
- Lohans: This place is definitely more upbeat and named after Lindsey Lohan! So, I would definitely go pay a visit to this place!!
Shopping!
In Athens, shopping for jewelry in general is so amazing. They have real 925 sterling silver in almost every store as well as stainless steel, and stainless steel that is gold plated. Best part is, it is all affordable and will not break the bank! I have nowhere to send you to because every place has something beautifully different!!
Sights!
You of course need to go see the Acropolis and the Parthenon on top of the hill! I do have to say there will be construction up on the hill, but this is because they are so fragile, so do not let the construction deter you from going!
You also have to go see the original Olympic Stadium in Athens! The history behind this stadium was also particularly interesting too, so investigate a little bit about the history while you are there!
