Now that it has been a couple more weeks since my last blog,I want to write about all of the memories I have made so far. After being herefor a while it really has set in that I am in a different country, and withthat, has come a huge amount of learning experiences that have taught me a lotabout life. It may sound cliche, but I really have learned a lot through mytravels so far.

For example, this past weekend I went to Rijeka Croatia withfive other guys. Rijeka is a coastal town with lots of history involving WorldWar 2. The weather may have been poor while we were there, but the upside ofstudying abroad in the fall is that I feel like I get to see these countriesand places in their natural element. Other than the weather, Croatia was fullof learning experiences and amazing seafood. The six of us decided we wanted togo on a caving tour, so we drove to a house that had found an old German andItalian bombing shelter. We repelled down the hole and were treated with amovie and more repelling into the caves. Eventually, at the end of the tour, our guides served us Croatian wine in a cave. After that we walked aroundRijeka and went to a boat show, it truly was an incredible experience.

Overall, my experience at CIMBA has continued to beincredible. Undoubtedly there have been some hard-learned lessons, but everymistake and or lesson is a good one if I am growing in the end.
