Transform your Career with CIMBA's Global MBA Experience
Our MBA programs begin on our Pieve del Grappa campus where you'll be immersed in coursework and seminars to develop core MBA competencies, as well as leadership skills. In June, our graduating students travel to the University of Iowa for the final month to complete a real-world business simulation course and receive their degree at a formal University of Iowa graduation ceremony.
Weekend classes are taken with part-time students who live and work in Italy and Europe, creating a diverse and dynamic learning environment. The MBA program not only prepares you with technical business skills, but it also includes leadership development seminars, team-building activities, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Full-time students also complete a consulting project where they can apply what they are learning in class and in the leadership development program to a real multinational business.
The Course to Excellence
All Courses Taught in English
The curriculum is focused on real-world uses of business principles. Team- and leadership-based learning and problem-solving are emphasized, while small class sizes allow more interaction and participation. You will spend your last month in Iowa, preparing for graduation and completing an integrative strategy course at the University of Iowa.
Format
For full-time students, classes are in session throughout the week and on weekends. You will also participate in the leadership development program through additional seminars, coaching, and training. For part-time students, classes are held on the weekends. Most courses for our MBA programs meet for four full days (two weekends per month).
Delivery
All classes are delivered in adult-learning styles, meaning day-long, intensive seminars. There are fewer lectures and more interactions and group work. The small, personal classes take a practical approach to learning, with a focus on real case studies and simulation. The classroom environment is based on co-learning and feedback.
People Matter
At CIMBA, people matter. We focus on each student and their personal development beyond the classroom. Through one-on-one coaching, small class sizes, support, and assessments, we get to know you as a person and you get to know those around you.
Duration
The program is designed to be completed in 11 months for full-time students or two years for part-time students maintaining their current employment.
