CIMBA MBA

Cost & Financial Aid

How Much Does a CIMBA MBA Cost?

CIMBA has long been recognized for program affordability and offers a superior academic experience that will exceed your expectations at a cost that is far below other Europe-based MBA programs. Also, since most MBAs take two years to complete, you save a year of tuition, fees, and living expenses in addition to the opportunity cost of being out of the workforce.

An Investment Worth Making

Earning an MBA from CIMBA Italy means graduating with a degree from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business. An AACSB-accredited college since 1923, Tippie College of Business is one of the oldest and highest-ranking business schools in the United States. CIMBA MBA students benefit from the prestige of this degree while enjoying classes in the business heart of Italy.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

There are a number of scholarships and loans available to assist students. It is also strongly recommended that you research the availability of financial assistance in your country of origin. Financial arrangements covering all study-related activities must be finalized before the start of the program.

CIMBA Scholarships

CIMBA offers merit- and need-based scholarships for MBA students. The scholarships are offered to prospective students, global managers, and leaders with strong qualifications. They are assigned on a competitive basis to the strongest candidates after an offer of admission has been made. Scholarships result in a deduction from your MBA tuition costs and do not involve a disbursement of money.

In addition to work-study arrangements that cover the full cost of tuition, CIMBA offers in-house scholarships for international students that fall in the range of $2,000 - $10,000. Scholarships for Italian candidates cover up to 50% (part-time) and 70% (full-time) of the MBA cost. Contact mba@cimba.it for details.

US Federal Financial Aid

To apply for federal financial aid, you must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The application can be completed online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. As you complete the form, you will need to indicate the University of Iowa code (001892). The University of Iowa Office of Student Financial Aid can provide more information about the application process. The rules and regulations governing federal student loans change frequently, often without advanced notice. Therefore, we encourage you to contact the University of Iowa, Office of Student Financial Aid for assistance if needed.
