Margo McClimans

Margo holds an MBA in International Business and a BA in International Relations. She is a graduate of the Co-active Leadership program.

She has been working as a certified executive coach since 2005. She specializes in training and coaching leadership for executives at some of the world’s largest and most global companies.

She has worked with over 2,500 clients from over 50 countries on 3 continents.

Her passions are leadership, intercultural relations, and developing women leaders. She helps people to increase their confidence, build on their strengths and learn how to be ‘fully expressed’ leaders by dis- covering the best version of themselves. She is the author of The Four Channels; A Businesswoman’s Guide to Cracking Confidence and owner of Coaching With- out Borders GmbH, a Zurich-based company.
