I am passionate about researching operations management, with a focus on lean practices and waste elimination strategies to drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiency across value streams. I am a methodical and disciplined explorer of production value streams, constantly seeking waste and improvement opportunities. My research interests center on coaching and change management, exploring strategies to empower individuals and teams while facilitating successfulo rganizational transformations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Favorite CIMBA Memories: The sleepless nights spent studying, blended with laughter with friends, creating a perfect balance between challenge and fun. Dr. Ringleb knocking on the door of my dorm room on campus, telling me to move my car from his parking spot at the top of the hill in Asolo.

I have published in many scholarly journals such as INFORMS Journal on Applied Analytics, Journal ofInteractive Marketing, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Business Research, and IndustrialMarketing Management. I coauthored two books: Text Mining andAnalysis: Practical Methods, Examples, and Case Studies Using SAS® and Contemporary Database Marketing: Concepts and Applications. My current research interest are in the areas of application of text analytics, natural language processing, and large language models to evaluate public sentiment toward carbon capture and storage (CCS).
Favorite CIMBA Memory: My favorite CIMBA memories are: 1. Teaching my kids and Professor Molly Rapert’s kids how to play cricket in the Paderno campus, and 2. Sitting at Epoca, Asolo and watching people while sipping on a glass ofProsecco
My career spans 31 years in finance, alongside teaching in Italy, Austria, Czechia, Lithuania, and the UK.
