Lets Talk Tours

There’s beauty in traveling as is. You get to relocate to a new location all while experiencing an array of new things. However, when traveling it might be difficult to decide on what to explore and what to experience. Yes, traveling gives you the freedom of finding your own adventures, but this freedom becomes slightly more challenging when you’re not sure of what you are learning about. And so we have it: Tours! Guided tours are an essential tool when traveling and are available in many different forms. Many guided tours can last hours and be filled with loads of information that one may not have gathered without prior knowledge/ research. Guided tours also allow for you or your group to meet new people from all around the world that are just as interested in learning new and exciting facts as you are! Last weekend a group of CIMBA students and I visited Pompeii! At first, we were hesitant to sign up for a guided tour because, well, they can be rather costly! However, after gathering information on all that the tour offered we decided to go for it, which was a great decision! I learned a lot about the ancient city of Pompeii; information that I probably wouldn’t have gotten if it wasn’t for the tour. Below I will list a few websites that are great for finding affordable guided tours that you and your travel buddies can do together!
