“Analytics is not IT! Analytics is not Statistics! Analytics is not Mathematics! Yet, Analytics incorporates concepts and tools from all of the above to help you make better decisions with data. And, you do not need to be an IT professional or a “quant jock” to be able to harness the power of analytics for making better business decisions.”

This workshop is taught in a 2-day format that will provide attendees with an understanding and appreciation of the contemporary methods, tools, and techniques that are fundamental to any business analytic application. This hands-on workshop will use a state-of-the-art analytics software that is visually rich and has an easy to use interface (point-and-click) and will break the myth that you have to be an IT or math/stat person to use and appreciate analytics. The emphasis of the workshop is on the application of analytics and machine learning techniques rather than the theories or mechanics behind such techniques. Participants will learn to make better business decisions by visualizing data, understanding relationships between data and by making better predictions.
