Build Your Executive Leadership Skills

CIMBA-Heart-wo-logoIf you are manager, executive, or up-and-coming leader living in Italy or near Paderno del Grappa, our Executive Programs are a great way to increase your leadership skills. As a business professional, we know you face real-world problem-solving and decision-making scenarios every day. Our program is designed to help you go deeper into your strengths and weaknesses as a leader, to help you analyze how you make decisions, and to give you the tools, techniques and processes to help you emerge as a better thinker and stronger team member. You’ll explore self and social awareness, self-regulation, management, consulting, training, and more.

Our Executive Programs allow you to select from courses that last from one day to one week. No matter what you choose, you’ll walk away with insights and skills you can apply the very next day at work. Or you can choose to participate in one of our certificate programs, such as our Executive Certificate International Management and Strategy or our Executive Certificate in Leadership, which are infused with leadership.

In our Executive Programs, you can also have the opportunity to pursue:

Short courses in KT Problem Solving and Decision Making and LIFE (Leadership Initiative for Excellence). Those who participate in LIFE have the option of working one-on-one with our executive and coaches.
Team Building Low Ropes Sessions
Personal Growth Assessments such as psychometrics (Strengthsfinder, My Brain Solutions, etc.), neuro-biofeedback techniques (heart rate and variability, EEG, etc.), and workshops designed to assess your reaction to typical workplace events.

We also offer In-Company Leadership Training that allows our trainers to come to your organization and help build skills around team building and KT problem solving and decision making. Companies also can bring their groups to CIMBA to take part in our team building low ropes course. The course is structured so that activities gradually increase in difficulty and process and leadership dependency, encouraging teams to continually reassess and extend their goals and objectives. Issues of self-awareness, group norms, followership, leadership, conflict management, decision making, problem solving, potential problem avoidance, and planning are addressed.
