At CIMBA, we offer a variety of Executive Programs for business managers in Italy and beyond who want to increase their knowledge in a specific business area or develop a new skill set, but don’t have the time or interest to pursue an MBA. Our program is unique when compared to many Italian universities that focus on theory and pay little attention to practice. CIMBA Executive Programs offer a solid foundation in both. Here, professors from top U.S. and European universities teach our courses in English, exposing students to an American-style education that goes beyond lectures. Students apply what they learn in the textbook to the real world of management through group activities, guest speakers, company tours, and more. They delve into real business case studies and develop management tools they can put into practice immediately. Our programs include:
Our three Executive Certificate Programs, which are a longer term commitment than our Short Courses, focus on management, communication, and leadership skills. Students who pursue our popular Executive Certificate in International Management and Strategy program travel to the University of Iowa in the U.S. for a final week of study.
Short Courses focus on specific business tools, techniques, or processes. They range from one day to a week in length.
