Leadership Program Helped Him Redirect His Career Goals

Alex Aiello attended the CIMBA semester program in Spring 2014 as a junior majoring in finance with a concentration in real estate and a minor in economics at the University of Arkansas. “Originally, I planned to go to law school, but after being at CIMBA I wanted to work first and then pursue my MBA I love the critical thinking and problem solving skills I developed at CIMBA. It’s an amazing program that helped me adapt better to new environments and taught me how to think.”
