If you need to withdraw from the program, send an e-mail stating the reason to cuis-info@uiowa.edu. Refund checks will be processed to the issuing person. Make sure to include an address to mail the refund check to in the e-mail. The amount refunded will be determined by the guidelines listed in table below. The $40 application fee is non-refundable.
