Students who plan to pay CIMBA with financial aid funds will need to make an appointment with Marj Biehler in the UO Study Abroad Programs, to complete their CIMBA financial aid payment form.  Make an appointment with Ms. Biehler AFTER you have been interviewed for the Paderno program in Study Abroad Programs AND after you have your UO financial aid award letter in hand.  To schedule, call (541) 346-3207.

The UO will invoice the UO study abroad fee and Italian visa processing fee directly to student accounts on the normal billing schedule (e.g., October 1 due date for fall term).  Students also will pay their major "resource fee" (though students in the School of Journalism and Communication may request a waiver through Greg Kerber). Other UO fees and regular tuition (resident and nonresident) are waived during the terms of study abroad participation.

Students will be contacted by email about the required Italian Student Visa Orientation meeting. UO students apply for their Italian visas through the San Francisco Italian Consulate and need to follow special instructions that differ extensively from the general instructions provided by the Iowa office.
