CIMBA Financial Awards

A $300 discount is available for enrollment in more than one credit session. (Sessions I, II, and III.)

The Consortium has a substantial number of both merit- and need-based financial awards available for students attending the summer program. Award packages range from $100-$500 for the summer graduate program.  Award amounts vary from year to year based on the number of applications received and funding available.  Financial award applications are due on April 1 for the summer program.  Only students who have applied and been accepted to the program will be considered.

Financial Award Application

Included in program fees: all enrollment-related fees, tuition for credit courses, housing and a meal plan. technology connection and a bus pass. Books for Session I only.

Not included: personal expenses, special trips that may be planned, airfare or travel within Europe. Books for Sessions II and II. Session I students who wish to purchase their course texts may do so at the end of the semester.

Costs are based on a projected Euro exchange rate and are subject to change. Consult with your home university to determine if any additional fees (e.g. study abroad fee) will be charged. Payments must be made by check. Deposits are applied to the overall cost of the program and will be reflected on the final payment invoice.

A $40 application fee is due when you apply. A $400 deposit is due upon acceptance. Financial aid recipients may make arrangements for payment of the remaining balance after aid is disbursed. Failure to pay by the deadlines may result in forfeiture of a student’s spot in the program.
